TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The garments must NOT have been worn, washed or altered and must NOT show any signs of use.

The prices on the site may vary over time (for promotions and/or sales), the valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to request a refund for the difference between the price at the time of the order and the price at another time for the same product.

IN ANY CASE, RETURNS SHIPPED FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY THAN THE ONE IN WHICH THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

For anything not expressly indicated, reference will be made to the European legislation for distance commerce.

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at our office, and after the item has been checked.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers after about 15 days and will be visible on the next statement of the card used.

The timing may vary according to the banking circuit of the credit card used.

The expenses incurred to receive the package, such as duties or other costs, which the Customer has not incurred but which are essential for the delivery of the return, will be deducted from the refund of the return.
