The garments MUST NOT have been worn, washed, or altered and MUST NOT show any signs of use.

Prices on the website may vary over time (due to promotions and/or sales), the valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to request a refund for the difference between the price at the time of the order and the price at another time for the same product.

IN ANY CASE, RETURNS SHIPPED FROM A COUNTRY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE WHERE THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, reference will be made to European regulations for distance selling.

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at our facility, and after the item has been inspected.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers after about 15 days and will be visible on the next statement of the card used.

The timing may vary depending on the banking network of the credit card used.

The refund for the return will be deducted by the expenses incurred to receive the package, such as duties or other costs, which the Customer has not borne but are essential for the delivery of the return.
