SHIPMENTS
Shipping is free in all Italy.
EEC countries/United Kingdom: €20.00
Non-EEC European countries: € 30.00
USA and CANADA: € 35.00
Rest of the World: €40.00
Orders are processed using the UPS, Fedex or TNT Italy courier.
Any customs duties are always charged to the customer.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order and shipped, after checking the validity of the payment, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00 (Italian time)
Upon delivery of the package, the Customer is required to inspect it carefully before confirming delivery with his signature which, with the signature, becomes the Customer's property without the possibility of subsequent disputes or complaints.
If for any reason the package appears damaged or tampered with, Customers are invited to sign the receipt WITH RESERVE or refuse the delivery, noting the justification.
In the event of unjustified refusal or request for return to the sender, any forwarding costs possibly charged to Studiouno Spa will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Italy and CEE countries: 1-3 days
USA and Canada : 5-7 days
Rest of the World: 5-7 days
Studiouno Spa is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations or controls or to force majeure beyond the control of Studiouno Spa.
RESI
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the UNWORN and NOT DAMAGED items can be returned for a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returns, even partial, from Italy: cost contribution of € 9.00
Returns, even partial, from abroad: they will be made at the same rate applied at the time of shipment.

REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at our office, and after the item has been checked.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers after about 15 days and will be visible on the next statement of the card used.
The timing may vary according to the banking circuit of the credit card used.
The expenses incurred to receive the package, such as duties or other costs, which the Customer has not incurred but which are essential for the delivery of the return, will be deducted from the refund of the return.
